HR Systems and Data Specialist

  • Permanent
  • Up to £33,000
  • Office Location: Kennington (Central London)
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days per month in the office

Oakleaf currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems and reporting officer to join a highly regarded organisation. You will own the HR System, data, and reporting piece for the organisation.

The HR System and Data Specialist responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all People system (CoreHR) queries, troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades
  • Proactively seek to continually develop the systems and improve functionality
  • Work closely with external providers
  • Maintain people systems and ensure data is correct, up to date, and meets regulatory requirements
  • Produce MI reports on HR matters such as sickness, absence, recruitment, headcount, and turnover using your advanced excel skills and data manipulation
  • Produce dashboards
  • Train system users

What the HR System and Data Specialist must have:

  • Experience of managing and maintaining HR systems and data
  • Advanced excel skills (Report building, data manipulation, Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience creating dashboards
  • Experience using the HR System CoreHR is desirable but not essential
