Reward Partner EMEA

  • Permanent
  • £50,000 - £60,000
  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)

Oakleaf has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join an exciting and growing Marketing business. This opportunity offers great potential with an EMEA remit and will be initially focused on compensation reward activities with the opportunity to grow the role. You will be working closely with the Global Head of Reward to both support the development of reward strategy and perform operational reward work.

The Reward Partner responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with Global Head of Reward and contribute to the building of a robust reward strategy
  • Be the subject matter expert on UK & EMEA Compensation
  • Upon joining this person will perform a full review of job levels and benchmarking, and design processes to maintain this moving forward
  • Manage external vendor relationships and submit salary survey data
  • Lead the biannual salary review
  • Own internal salary benchmarking, levelling, and job evaluations
  • Deliver reward communications to the business

What you must have:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in EMEA compensation, benchmarking, and levelling
  • Knowledge of WTW methodology desirable but not essential
  • Experience working through and leading or supporting on year-end compensation processes
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong excel skills
