In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, problem solving and support of all our HRIS enabling our HR Operations team to deliver quality services across the recruit to retire employee journey. You will be responsible for HR reporting activities and analysis of key performance metrics maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our HR data whilst ensuring GDPR compliance.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lead on the configuration and testing of our HRIS to implement changes and upgrades, ensuring all HRIS users are trained and informed of changes to processes
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data in our HR systems ensuring its maintenance to the high standards required in accordance with regulations, GDPR and our policies
  • Provide high quality data to the organisation through accurate and insightful analytical data led reports enabling well informed key business decisions to be made, whilst managing data requests and enhancing easy access for managers to relevant reports
  • Work closely with our HRBP Reward and Analytics to enable Advance's participation on industry benchmarking initiatives ensuring timely and accurate submission of our data and insightful analysis of industry benchmarking report

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

  • Strong analytical approach to data management and reporting
  • Experience of working on a HRIS platform and a strong understanding of available workflows
  • A natural curious instinct to improve efficiency and optimise system functionality
  • A strong ability to work accurately and methodically with attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a high volume/deadline driven environment
