Job Details

In this role, you will provide high quality HR services to our employees and managers. You will deal with a high volume of queries within a typical day, across email and phone.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivery of level 1 HR query resolution of all HR lifecycle matters in accordance with company policy, procedures, standards, and PRIDE values
  • Taking responsibility to accurately follow processes and workflows ensuring quality of data input and written communication
  • Working through queries to further develop your knowledge and understanding of specific areas of HR e.g., sickness and absence, recruitment, mental health and wellbeing, time and attendance, employee relations, payroll, pensions, benefits, DBS, invoice processing
  • Providing Managers and Team Leaders across Advance with accurate and quality HR advice within agreed response times

We are looking for an aspiring HR professional who has:

  • Excellent attention to detail, both numerically and via written communication
  • Outstanding customer service displayed at all times when communicating with colleagues, customers, stakeholders and external parties
  • Experience of following company processes and guidelines
  • Experience of working in an environment with SLA's/deadlines
  • Experience of working within a shared service centre (customer service, finance, legal or other) would be a huge advantage

We offer great training and support, including CIPD and career progression. You will be required to work in the office environment 3 days per week
