Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be supporting tis great Law firm with the hiring of a People Operations Lead, to act as the number 2 to their Global HR Director. The firm is a dynamic, collaborative and commercial law firm who have clients who arehousehold names. Their lawyers are invariably market leaders, and by investing in long-term relationships achieve award-winning results.

The role reports to the Director of People and Talent Development and takes ownership for the smooth and efficient running of all People operations in a busy and growing People and Talent Development team. The role is resposbile for leading HR Operations (HR systems, data, processes, policies, compliance and reward) across the UK and Asia offices and acts as a 'trusted advisor' to both members of the wider People team and the firm as a whole in respect of the following areas:

-HR policies and templates

- HR systems, processes and reporting

- Benefits (both staff and partners)

- Health and Wellbeing

- People team budgeting

- Firm wide surveys-

- Reward & Recognition

- People team projects

- HR input on pitches and tenders

- People management

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

- Experience as a senior HR professional in a professional services firm

- Excellent knowledge of HR processes, reporting and systems and how data can support the business to make better decisions and deliver results

- Sound knowledge of managing a benefits programme and the software that supports this

- Experience of managing cyclical process such as annual salary review, budgeting, benefit renewals and working with external reward advisors

- Proven leadership abilities: can inspire, develop and coach individuals in a collaborative and inclusive way-

- Understanding of a partnership culture would be advantageous

-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to develop excellent working relationships at all levels across the business
