Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join a rapidly expanding international consulting business based in London.
The business is currently at 35 heads with plans to grow exponentially over the next five years, offering this person the opportunity to be involved and take lead on shaping and building the HR Function.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for:

* Create and develop an employee relations strategy and agenda
* Liaise with the different business areas on the HR agenda, ensuring stakeholders understand their roles and accountabilities to embed HR and people initiatives
* Reviewing and analysing Management Information to provide insights to the wider team
* Help work with accounts and management on compensation and internal benefits
* Assist onboarding and induction initiatives for new starters alongside other Ops team members
* Play a key part in HR Data Analytics, Performance assessment and Rewards
* Promoting and engaging with the Wellbeing strategy and working closely with the Ops team by contributing ideas and implementing initiatives

Skills and experience needed:

* 2 years' + experience within a HR position, ideally within a start-up or sales/ recruitment business
* Strong communication, decision making and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
* Demonstrate commerciality and a knowledge of current UK employment law
* Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
* A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
* Ability to work well in a team and under their own initiative
* Understanding of both strategic and operational objectives
