Your new role
As a Permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a small, busy HR team, reporting to the HR Manager. You will be responsible for all generalist, hands-on, operational HR duties:
Managing all ER issues from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness absence, maternity, paternity and flexible working, coaching managers on HR best practice.
Managing all recruitment and selection from end-end, advertising, screening CV's, arranging interviews and interviewing and liaising with and managing agency relationships for temps.
Delivering training on HR best practice and inducting new starters.
HR Project Work:
Supporting with the implementation of a new appraisal process.
Supporting with well-being campaigns and initiatives.
Streamlining and improving the induction process.
Digitalising HR files.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a generalist HR role but also enjoys HR Project work and making a difference.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor, managing ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be Qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be able to start with no more than one months notice.
