Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our  Health & Social care client in the Doncaster area as they recruit for a temporary HR Administrator to join their HR team to support during a very busy period for the company as they implement a new HR system.  This is a fixed term contract for 3 months, potentially longer.
 
Are you an experienced HR Administrator available for a contract role?
Are you CIPD Level 3 Qualified or working towards?
Do you have experience with HR systems?
 
If so this could be the role for you.
The role:
·Coordinating onboarding, starters and leaver process
·Support a HR system implementation
·Maintain Employee data on the HR system
·General HR & Training admin support to the HR team
·Maintenance of databases/spreadsheets, and managing all HR correspondence
·Note take in HR meetings
·Manage first line enquiries
 
The ideal candidate must have previous HR  experience, and be available to start immediately. You will be strong in Microsoft packages and pick up systems quickly, and have ideally worked on a system implementation project.
