I have a new and exciting opportunity with a Leading Education organisation in Bristol for a Recruitment Specialist.

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process in a timely manner from briefing to attraction/sourcing, selection to on-boarding ensuring the recruitment process is fair, inclusive and compliant
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships, with internal team, stakeholders, candidates and external partners
A strong understanding of what it takes to operate within a very competitive and candidate driven market
Guiding hiring managers around best practice recruitment, embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advise on routes to market & providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make
Work with the wider HR function on projects/initiatives aligned to recruitment when required.
- Be an experienced Recruitment Specialist who is enthusiastic & self-motivated.
- Have experience of working with manual and ATS recruitment systems.
- Experience of volume recruitment preferable.
- Experience of Safer Recruitment preferable but not essential.
