Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be supporting this mid sized global law firm as they look to recruit a Head of HR to join their HR SLT. The people centric culture of this organisation is well known, as a result they don't see a huge amount of attrition and usually come to market to hire for growth opportunities.

That said they have one of their Head's of HR relocating which has resulted in a very rare opportunity to join this well thought of firm in a senior capacity.

This is a broad role, that comes into contact with me of the most important projects across HR, as a result we are looking for someone who has ideally owned some strong project streams ideally in a professional services, or LLP environment.

This role heads up the policy team, the Systems and data teams, the reward team and Early Talent team. These teams service the firm globally so experience in international work would be fantastic.

Whilst this role is broad the team is collaborative and so if you had a particular strength in 2 or 3 of these areas but were missing 1 or 2 they are open minded about how the role is divided up. It would be of use to have some experience of benefits, there is a large project as part of their people deal that is about to go live, so if you can add some value to this it would be well regarded.

The organisation operate on a hybrid basis,ordinarily in the office 2 days a week. This role can be based in either London or Bristol, they do have part of the HR team in Bristol, although your direct reports are based in London, and it would be necessary to see them monthly.
