Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who's seeking a new position within an organisation making big waves in their industry? The business is currently going through some exciting changes including transforming their target operating model which is having a positive impact on HR and the people in the business.
They're now looking to increase headcount in their Senior HR BP with a newly created role. This is a true Business partner role; partnering at c-suite level on to design the overall people strategy and be accountable for driving the delivery of functional people plans and provide expertise in organisation design, job evaluation and job re-engineering. With support from the centre of excellence, you will coach leaders in leadership, people management and sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development, alongside representing HR on strategic change programmes, ensuring people impacts are identified and correct procedures and processes are followed in line with policy and legislation.
Based on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office (central Nottingham) you will have a strong senior HR business partnering background and a result driven attitude with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels across all functions. You will also have the capability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a complex and changing environment and the ability to develop strategic plans to address medium-long term people challenges aligned to business strategy and priorities.
Possession of a broad change management skillset, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change is essential, as is experience of analysing and interpreting management information to diagnose business/ organisation/ employee relations / engagement issues and develop people implications, ideally in a regulated industry
On offer is a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 + car allowance + bonus and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office (Nottingham city centre).
