HR Advisor-ER Focused, £35,000-£40,000 + bonus, Aylesbury
Your new company
Hays are excited to represent a fast-paced, growing, hospitality organisation, who are seeking an HR Advisor- (ER focused) 13 Month FTC, for the outskirts of Aylesbury.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor with an ER focus-13 Month FTC, you will report to the HR Director and be a part of a friendly and busy HR team.
Responsibilities will include:
Coaching and advising managers on all ER cases, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity, flexible working and TUPE.
Supporting managers with the recruitment and selection process, advising and guiding on best recruitment and selection methods, proving interview questions and advising on recruitment best practice.
Updating HR policies and procedures
Supporting with HR projects, currently an onboarding project.
This will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced role, enjoys a role that has an ER focus and has ideas and suggestions to improve and streamline processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor / ER Advisor who has experience managing ER cases from end-end, in a fast-paced, commercial organisation. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
