100% on site role. Senior HR advisor working as part of a HR team
Client Details
FMCG food manufacturing company
Description
- Manage time effectively to ensure the right time and focus is in the right area this will include travel to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Provide generalist support, coaching and guidance to the site teams in all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Collate and report on people data as required
- Lead the site people plans activities in partnership with other stakeholders, looking at synergies and best practice
- Work with our unions, building relationships and ensuring a full understanding of our agreements and policies
- Work as part of the wider HR team to support with change management and added value projects
Profile
- A strong background as a HR Advisor, highly competent in the application of the people processes ideally in a food manufacturing environment
- Practised in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
- Demonstrate a passionate & pacey style and approach getting things done
- Be a self-starter, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
- A good understanding of on-site payroll routines would be beneficial
- Flexibility to travel
- A CIPD qualification would be desirable, but your experience is more valuable to us
