One of the fastest growing property management operators in the UK, with over 4,000 units under management are looking to recruit an experience HR Advisor

Summary of Position:

The People Advisor will be the first port of call for all recruitment, including advising line managers and managing the onboarding process as well as developing new starters.
You will also be involved in employee relations and performance management. Therefore you will be responsible for anything to do with HR for the business, ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.
There is potential for growth & development for the right person. This will be a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and from our offices. However some travel will be required, especially to our new properties.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

*Leading the recruitment process
*Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
*Key support for managers with HR queries
*Tracking all recruitment and updating key stakeholders on the selection stages
*Reviewing and updating job descriptions
*Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
*Training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques
*Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
*Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
*Monitoring key recruitment metrics
*Creating onboarding and induction programmes for new starters
*Creating People plans for new properties
*Ensuring performance reviews have been completed for employees
*Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
*Supporting the Director of People & Culture with various investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
*Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members

Experience & Desired Skills:

*2+ years of experience as an HR advisor, experience from a service lead industry is desired
*Experience of volume recruitment and working with different portals and agencies to fill roles
*Experience of designing and developing Recruitment and Selection processes
*Experience of using HR and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

*Have great attention to detail.
*Experience of creating onboarding and induction plans.
*Experience of note taking and investigating ER issues.
*Good understanding of HR legislation in the UK.
*Excellent communication skills, especially interviewing skills.
*Able to demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively and efficiently with people
*Competent in Microsoft office products - PowerPoint, Excel and Word
*CIPD qualified (level 3) or working towards completion
