Henlee Resourcing is working with a highly respected public services business based in Wiltshire, to recruit an Assistant HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

You will join a talented HR team, in a business going through significant change, supporting on a diverse range of generalist activities.

Employee Relations (60%) - disciplinary and grievance, absence management, harassment, bullying etc, Learning & development, MI reporting, Recruitment, Reward and lots of exciting projects!

Suitbale applicants will have braod generalist knowledge, coupled with CIPD Level 5 ideally. You will be used to high volumes, be able to work in pacey team, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills and have a good commercial acumen.
