HR Systems Administrator will support HR Business Analytics and Systems team. The role will take on some critical data administration activities.

Page Personnel are representing a Public Sector Organisation based in Birmingham.

Description

Key responsibilities of the HR Systems Administrator are to;

  • processing changes within SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • processing mass data uploads into our HR Systems
  • performing subsequent data reconciliation with use of reports

Profile

The successful HR Systems Administrator will have;

  • Prior experience of SAP HCM
  • Preferable to have good knowledge of the SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes
  • Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel
  • Data-oriented individual with past experience of data administration activities
  • Self-motivated and organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working with data in a large scale organisation
  • Confident in handling large data sets, with prior experience of supporting with data upload/migration activity
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) skills used to communication with colleagues on all levels within an organisation

Job Offer

The HR Systems Administrator will be offered;

Duration: until 31/03/2023

Location: Birmingham

Hybrid: 1 - 2 days in the office per week

Core working Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm

Start date: ASAP
