HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working alongside our global manufacturing client in the Warrington area in recruiting for a new HR Advisor to join them.
This Generalist position, will work alongside a wider HR team on site, contribution to the HR service for approx 350 employees.

We seek a HR Generalist with extensive experience, who can join this well established and long standing company in providing a high quality and responsive HR service to their workforce.
Permanent - Site based - c£35k.
 
The role:
·Providing credible and pragmatic HR advice, training and support to managers and staff in relation to HR policies and procedures
·Manage recruitment exercises and take responsibility for the new starter process including on boarding and induction
·Working alongside the Training manager in delivering Management development, coaching & upskilling
·manage relationships with stakeholders and union representatives
·Supporting your stakeholders and management through a range of employee relations
·Supporting with HR Projects
·Potential to travel on occasion to other sites if required
·Day to day HR activities from the ground up!
 
To be considered you will be CIPD qualified or working towards ideally. You will have experience within a blue collar environment in particular have exposure to unionised environments.
