Client Details
The client is in Manufacturing
Description
As Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing the small HR Team, including 121s, development etc
- Devise the strategic HR plan with SMT on site
- Build solid relationships with SMT
- Complex ER casework
- Responsible for Talent Management on site, including recruitment, succession planning, apprenticeships, attraction strategies etc
- Support with processing payroll for site
- Identify and implement Training and Development plans for site
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record operating at a Senior level
- CIPD qualified
- Confident HR professional able to provide sound Employment Law knowledge
- Ability to influence and coach managers and leaders within the business
- Excellent IT skills
- Willing to work on site 5 days per week
