Talent Development Partner - EMEA

We have a current opportunity for a EMEA Talent Partner on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

The role will entail:

• Partner with all areas of the EMEA business to support talent development and leadership coaching needs - on both individual and team basis
• Maintain a high service level across the business, looking into ways of developing and maintaining talent across the business
• Build a reputation to be a trusted business partner and advisor in all things talent development
• Contribute to the wider people strategy, backing up all decisions with data and maintaining strong commercial awareness

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A degree in organisational psychology
• An accreditation in coaching with hands on experience in leadership and C-Suite coaching
• Highly experienced in psychometric testing and talent assessments
• Proven track record working within Talent in FS/PS/Fintech/Consulting
• Ability to use data to guide your talent development strategy, while maintaining commercial acumen and making financially sound decisions
