A new opportunity to join a growing tech business as Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Stevenage.

Client Details

My client is a well-established tech business based in Stevenage. They have had substantial investment and are looking to grow by 50% in the next 12 months.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for growing a small team and also developing the employer branding of the business alongside hands-on recruitment. The role will be working closely with the business leaders and also the Chief People Officer to ensure the company maximises potential talent for the business. This role will have a real voice within the business.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in talent acquisition, ideally from a tech or white collar background. They will need to be hands-on in terms of filling vacancies but also be interested in developing the employer proposition of the business.

Job Offer

The Talent Acquisition Manager opportunity comes with an attractive salary of up to £65,000 and good benefits. The role will also develop as the company grows. Expectation is 2 days a week in the office.
