Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a large, global financial services firm who are seeking a Talent Specialist to join their Talent & Performance team.
This is an exciting, newly created role within the team that will focus on a few key areas including Talent, Promotions and Career Development. You will be working in a team of 5 whilst working closely with the HRBP's across the business to promote the development of talent for a high performing organisation.
On offer is a salary up to £60,000 with bonus potential and hybrid working pattern as well as the opportunity to become a subject matter expert for a high growth area of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for coordinating and developing Talent development initiatives with a focus on internal mobility and career development as part of the talent lifecycle.
* Working with the Talent Acquisition team to promote internal mobility opportunities as well as building internal candidate pipelines
* Working closely with the HRBP's on advising on career development and building talent pipelines
* Manage the end-to-end promotions process, streamlining where necessary and building company wide awareness
* Leading/ supporting on a variety of Organisational Development projects as required.
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of running talent/performance processes
* Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
* Strong stakeholder management skills, effective in building relationships across the business
