We are currently looking for a fluent French speaker to join a luxury retail brand as an HR administrator. This role is an immediate start and will be an interim role with the potential to go permanent. This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and the permanent salary range is between £28-£32 per annum.
The duties are:
- Managing the HR ticketing system via Zendesk
- First point of contact for all HR questions
- Producing contracts in a timely manner
- Administering whole employee life cycle in Workday for Europe
- Deliver accurate reporting and input data for audit
- Provide training and events support
- Support HR team on projects
- Be in the office 2 times a week
- Experience within a similar environment
- Fluent in French
- Ability to start immediately
