We are currently looking for a fluent French speaker to join a luxury retail brand as an HR administrator. This role is an immediate start and will be an interim role with the potential to go permanent. This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and the permanent salary range is between £28-£32 per annum.

The duties are:

  • Managing the HR ticketing system via Zendesk
  • First point of contact for all HR questions
  • Producing contracts in a timely manner
  • Administering whole employee life cycle in Workday for Europe
  • Deliver accurate reporting and input data for audit
  • Provide training and events support
  • Support HR team on projects

Requirements

  • Be in the office 2 times a week
  • Experience within a similar environment
  • Fluent in French
  • Ability to start immediately
