We are hiring for an experienced Benefits and Wellness Manager to help manage EMEA/APAC benefits, work-life, and wellness policies/programs. Based in London and reporting to the Global Head of Employee Experience, Benefits and Wellness in US.

Manage the EMEA/APAC benefits plans and associated vendor and broker relationships as well as the annual UK Annual Enrollment cycle

  • Maintain and develop a strong technical understanding of the EMEA benefits market across a broad range of plan designs
  • Assist with executing EMEA/APAC benefits strategies by benchmarking local market/peer firm practices
  • identifying gaps, and implementing innovative, market-leading solutions that align with the organisations culture and values
  • Implement a governance framework and drive operational efficiencies across all EMEA/APAC benefit programs and systems
  • Partner with Finance/Payroll teams to ensure thorough analysis, trend forecasting, and budgeting to drive effective business planning for both short and long term needs
  • Manage specific benefits plans (both strategically and tactically) and associated provider relationships and oversee the annual benefit renewal cycles
  • Develop impactful marketing and communication materials and policy documents; accountable for all EMEA/APAC benefits-related communication plans and delivery
  • Assist with the annual engagement/pulse surveys as part of the Employee Experience/Engagement strategy

Experience and Requirements for Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with EMEA or APAC employee benefits plan development and delivery
