  • Visa and Immigration Compliance Manager will proactively propose, establish, implement, review and revise policies and procedures and working practices ensure UKVI compliance.

Page Personnel are representing a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Visa and Immigration Compliance Manager are to;

  • To embed the revised UKVI engagement policy in the processes within the department
  • To proactively propose, establish, implement, review and revise policies and procedures and working practices to ensure UKVI compliance
  • To prepare and analyse data for tracking that the organisation is on target to successfully complete a UKVI audit
  • To work with other departments (eg International Recruitment) to ensure that the UKVI policy is operational
  • To create and write procedures to underpin the implementation of the UKVI engagement policy
  • To advise on any areas of non-compliance with UKVI requirements, and to put in place actions to address those areas

Profile

The successful Visa and Immigration Compliance Manager will have;

  • Evidence of continued professional development and engagement with developments around UKVI rules and regulations
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of UKVI policy and compliance
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of UKVI requirements for visas
  • Demonstrable previous experience of developing and maintaining institutional policies and procedures

Job Offer

The Visa and Immigration Compliance Manager will be offered;

  • £45,000 - £50,000 salary
  • Immediate start
  • Contract for 3 - 5 months - potential to extent
  • Hybrid / flexible working
