As a Internal Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for the planning and resourcing of temporary staff across medical consultancy organisations sites across the country! Checking hiring needs from medical centres across the UK as well as assessing the availability of medical staff and assigning them to different locations each day! This is an exciting role for someone who would like to kickstart their recruitment career as well as gain admin skills!

Our client is a leading organisation in the heath care and medical industry and are currently looking for a Internal Recruitment Assistant to join their team in Pinner! There is an experienced and supportive Senior leadership team in place offering training and mentoring for the right proactive and personable individual keen to forge a career in an office based role.

Description

As a Internal Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Being first point of contact for queries from practice managers and temporary staff (via phone and email)
  • Checking the temporary hiring needs of clinics throughout the UK
  • Supporting managers to use the LOCUM booking system effectively
  • Assigning staff to the appropriate location and shift each day
  • Collating spreadsheets to assess staff availability
  • Arranging phone calls with staff and hiring managers
  • Administrative/clerical duties
  • Liaising with Locums to arrange rates of pay and terms and conditions
  • Updating internal Locum trackers

Profile

The successful Internal Recruitment Assistant candidate will:

  • Have previous administrative/office based experience
  • Have experience using spreadsheets
  • Confident speaking to different people each day
  • Be highly organised
  • Able to work under a fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Be based within commutable distance to Pinner in order to make the most of the office culture and training on offer
