HR Assistant / Staines / Full time - Permanent/ up to £28k / Hybrid working available/
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a great business as they look to recruit a brand new HR Assistant to join their team due to continued growth.
The role will be responsible for providing a full range of HR Administrative support across the business, working collaboratively with the HR Director to ensure that the HR team provide a people focused service across the business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Day to day management of the HR System. Ensuring all information is consistent, accurate and complete for all employees.
- Be responsible for producing all permanent employee new starter paperwork.
- Work closely with the HR Director to ensure a smooth on boarding of all employees.
- Complete all HR administrative tasks within the business.
- Supporting on ad-hoc HR Projects to provide administrative support and timely completion.
We are looking for:
- Previous HR experience.
- Strong administration experience gained within a fast paced environment.
- Good inter-personal skills to develop effective relationships.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiatives.  
- Highly motivated and passionate with a can-do approach to finding solutions and delivering people-focussed solutions.
