A well-known and national organisation is looking to appoint an interim Head of Resourcing to join their business on a 6 month contract to lead on a project to create and embed a proactive, practical and forward thinking resourcing strategy, aligned more strongly with the business and adding greater value to the organisation operational strategy.
Reporting to the HR Director and working very closely with Senior Operations, this will suit an experienced Resourcing professional who is data focussed and has experience of working in an ambiguous, ever-changing and complex organisations.
You will lead and maintain the organisation's employee value proposition (EVP), increase the organisation's ability to directly attract and retain top talent and work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a talent and resourcing framework.
Strong experience of developing resourcing and talent strategies for a complex workforce is essential, as is the capability to manage stakeholder relationships and the ability to confidently and credibly challenge and influence an executive and senior leadership team.
This is a hybrid working role with the main base being their Manchester headquarters but also will entail national travel on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
Salary is dependent upon experience (either FTC or day rate out of IR35) and part time is available for the right person.
