A Financial Services firm based in the City of London seeks and Interim HRBP to provide comprehensive HR services to our client's employees in UK and Europe.

Please note that this client does require a London office presence 4/5 days per week.

Description

An operational Interim HRBP to provide the following:

HR:

  • Issue offer letters to successful candidates, follow up with candidates
  • Organise & management of background check
  • Visa application support for new hires
  • On-boarding new joiners (payroll, pension and other benefits)
  • HR induction with new joiners
  • People data management: manage HR system, employee portals and case management
  • Termination process & exit interviews
  • Manage data privacy and ethics
  • Performance management process
  • Compensation and reward system management, co-ordinate with US
  • HR policy and process design, communication and implementation co-ordinate with US
  • ER advice to all employees in London and other EU locations
  • Consult and offer advice and drive improvements on any HR related topics
  • Develop and maintain the E Handbook in co-ordination with US
  • Maintaining knowledge of the UK and European employment law requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance

Recruitment

  • Tailor and implement Recruitee/ATS (internal and/or external use)
  • Introduce and guide hiring managers and interviewers on Recruitee tool
  • Support and guide interview process (ensure right interviewers and timely process)
  • Tailor interview documents on the Recruitee/ATS tool
  • Measure and report on recruitment metrics to improve overall recruitment process and
  • experience

Profile

An operational Interim HRBP with:

  • At least 5-7 year's experience working with managers at all levels, in a HR role
  • Expertise using HRIS platforms
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and acute attention to detail
  • Disciplined adherence to confidentiality policies surrounding sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills - especially in written and spoken English, as well as the ability to easily explain complex ideas
  • Adaptable and able to re-prioritise
  • Well versed in UK labour law, and proactive

Job Offer

Competitive day rate - inside IR35 and PAYE - depending on experience.
