The opportunity

As HR Administrator you'll form part of our HR Shared Services teams. Specifically, the HR Administration team are responsible for employee details and contracting from the start to the end of their employee journey. Duties include conducting thorough checks of employee documents before hiring creating new starters and issuing contracts, administering any changes of details whether that's contracted hours, internal transfers in the business or changes to personal details/circumstance and completing all relevant checks before terminating contracts for leavers.

What you'll need to succeed

This is a fantastic entry point into a HR team, offering involvement in the complete employee process. You'll need to have either some level of HR/Administration experience or have recently completed a relevant qualification through college/university and looking for first full time position in HR. Focus and attention to detail is key as the your work will impact Hays employee's directly. You'll also be proactive and able to juggle a varied workload.
