Your new company
Working for a cleaning and facilities management company with national reach.
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner you will offer national coverage with 3 days in head office and then 3 days out on site. You will deliver the HR strategy and influence the the development of the business plan. Working with managers and the senior leadership to coach and and support on the full employee lifecycle including high volume ER casework, driving the talent agenda, managing TUPE and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a fast paced HRBP
Have worked with unions
High volume ER case work
Be happy to cover a wider regional area
