Page Personnel HR are working exclusively with a client in Salford who are seeking additional temporary support from an HR Administrator for a minimum period of three months. There are lots of exciting changes taking place within the business and the increased workload allows for an additional head within their HR team. It is likely this temporary contract could be extended. Homeworking available.

Client Details

Our client are a national business within the care sector and they are going through some exciting changes. The employee relations specialist team in the HR department is seeking additional support from an HR Administrator for a minimum period of three months. The role is generalist and covers the majority of an employee lifecycle. Offices are based in Salford and hybrid working is available and the opportunity for the contract to be extended.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator in Salford are:

  • Processing all new starters and leavers
  • producing contracts of employment and induction packs
  • completing reference requests and right to work documents
  • creating and maintaining personnel files
  • updating and maintaining data files in relation to employee benefits
  • supporting projects such as a pay reviews, employee surveys and general statistics
  • monitoring sickness absence reporting
  • support the team with ad hoc administration requirements
  • acting as first point of contact for all basic HR queries

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in an HR administration capacity
  • strong knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines
  • excellent organisation and time management skills
  • ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels

Job Offer

Our client offers a minimum three-month temporary contract, hourly rate based off a salary c£22k, hybrid/remote working, flexible hours and potential for contract extension.
