Outstanding opportunity to join a local multi academy Trust in delivering their HR strategy across 17 schools in Warwickshire and Coventry.
Supported by two HR Business Partners, who work closely with the heads and individual school leadership teams, you will join as part of the senior leadership team to set the HR Strategy and translate this into a clear HR Road Map for the HR BPs and their partner schools to deliver.
It is by no means essential to have education experience, but you must be passionate about delivering a first-class education experience for pupils and parents, and in making the employee experience equally as positive.
- Establish the Trust as an employer of choice locally, regionally, and nationally to attract the best talent and build each school into an educator of choice as a result of their people. Build effective and efficient operating processes designed to support schools with prompt, accurate and decision HR actions. Identify and deliver effective learning and development solutions to meet business needs Manage relationships with trade unions Deliver timely and complete reporting and analysis internally and to external stakeholders Support your team in delivering their roles in full
