HR Advisor-12 Month FTC, £33,000-£35,000 full-time equivalent, full-time or term-time only, Luton

Hays are excited to represent a multi-academy trust, who are seeking an HR Advisor-12 month FTC (Could lead to permanent as the business are successfully growing) on a full-time basis or term time only basis.

Your new role
As an HR Advisor you will be part of a busy HR team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, this is a generalist HR Advisor role with an ER focus, responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Delivering training and coaching on HR best practice
Inducting new starters
Supporting with the recruitment and selection process
Updating HR policies and procedures
Supporting with any HR project work.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor within a School / College or an HR Advisor who provides HR advice to a school setting. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
