An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wakefield to join a busy HR Team as a HR Business Partner to support the management and staffing teams with an advisory approach on complex ER cases.

Client Details

We have partnered with a large scale Public Sector client in Wakefield who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role offering excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Description

The role of the HR Business Partner will consist of range of HR related duties including advising with complex and sometimes sensitive cases, advising at hearings, producing quality recruitment services, and advising on policies and procedures to consistently encourage positive improvements and amendments. You will also plan, develop and deliver staff briefings and training on new HR policies and procedures.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • HR Related Qualification e.g Graduate CIPD
  • Knowledge of employee legislation and HR practices within a management position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail & efficient

Job Offer

On offer:

Up to £38,000 per annum + 28 days annual leave plus bank holiday + excellent skills development programmes + hybrid working
