Exciting 6 Month FTC Opportunity - HR Advisor
Your new company
This market leading Engineering and Construction organisation are eager to invite an immediately available HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis, covering a period of absence. This role will see you working within a professional, tight knit and motivated team where you will be challenged to support with all generalist HR guidance for the business.
This role is full time, working 39 hours per week and offers both hybrid and flexible working options.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be accountable for managing the day to day HR Activity, including but not limited to:
- Advising managers on terms and conditions of employment and knowledge sharing best practice with them
- Provide proactive advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters, including absence.
- Contribute to ensuring the resourcing plan delivers quality candidates to meet the needs of the business
- Supporting with first line queries on ER, absence and performance management
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, this client are looking for driven, personable and highly experienced HR professionals who are able to commit to a 6 month interim contract. You must be able to proactively manage the operational HR function and maintain a professional manner at all times. Ideally, you will be CIPD level 5 qualified or above and will have hands on experience within a similar HR role previously.
What you'll get in return
This fantastic company will offer a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, alongside flexible and hybrid working options. On a Friday, this company have an early finish of 2pm to get wound down early for the weekend. There is also scope for this role to be extended or become permanent in future but this will be dependant on the situation at the time and cannot be guaranteed.
