HR Advisor - Boston (on-site) - 12 month FTC - Salary Market Competitive
Your new role
A leading food manufacturing working across the UK is looking for a confident HR Advisor to join them on a 12month fixed term contract.
This is a truly generalist role getting involved in all case management for employees and management. You will be providing advisory service and ensuring that they are fully aware of their contractual terms, policies and procedures.
You'll be working within a team of 4 working alongside another Advisor and reporting to the Business Partner. The site has over 700 employees so having someone who is used to working with high volume will be extremely beneficial.
The role will require prioritising workload, interpretation of company HR policies, responding appropriately to colleague and manager requests and to external sources such as job applicants.
What you'll need to succeed
I am looking for an established HR Advisor ideally with experience working within manufacturing or in busy high volume organisations. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards HR qualification.
- Experience working with systems such as Word, Excel, emails and bespoke systems
- Experience of working within a generalist Human Resources function
- Current and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
