HR Analyst - Change Management

Morgan Philips are working with a great global company who are searching for a HR Analyst with experience in Change Management Analytics to join them for 12 months on a fixed term contract basis paying up to £63,000 per annum.

The role of HR Analyst will be to ensure the company change & transformation programme achieves its objectives by delivering effective people, culture, organisation, talent, and leadership related interventions to successfully roll-out programme initiatives, drive adoption and achieve true, lasting behaviour change and excitement about the company in the future. The role will be workstream support for the Change Management team providing and reviewing relevant inputs into status reporting and identifying, raising and escalating risks and issues related to Change Management, people engagement and achievement of the desired future culture, establish early warning mechanisms and proactively develop and implement mitigation plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Analytics with a particular focus on change management. A project qualification would be desirable but not essential. You will have excellent organisational and analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills, should have demonstrated the use of effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management, to facilitate successful project implementation and effective issue resolution and will have the proven ability to simultaneously handle multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects of complex nature and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel MS Project, and Share Point
