I am currently partnering with a highly respected financial services company, looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This would be an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator looking to further their career within an interesting financial services firm. This would firstly be on a FTC with the option to become a permanent employee.


As the successful Talent Acquistion Coordinator, you will be pro-active and self-sufficient. You will have experience managing multiple diaries and be highly organised to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. You will be a confident and clear communicator and be capable of connecting with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to understand the needs of the business, taking initiative to anticipate problems and solve in good time.


Responsibilities

  • Support full recruitment lifecycle of Recruitment Team
  • Scheduling interviews using outlook and a tracker system
  • Manage candidate requests and questions
  • Maintain and track all hire employment documents, drafting employment contracts
  • Work closely with the wider HR Team including payroll
  • Raising contracts of employment
  • Composing and preparing employee offer letters
  • Provide great levels of customer service to new starters as well as senior stakeholders
  • Use HR and Recruitment systems to track applicants and onboarding
  • Follow protocol to control risk

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a Recruitment Coordination role.
  • Must be from Financial Services or Professional Services or agency background
  • Experience scheduling interviews using outlook and emails
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and great relationship building skills
  • Strong workload organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Great knowledge of GDPR
  • Recruitment system experience (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
