Responsibilities:

• Working with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners on pipeline needs.
• Assisting and creating digital marketing campaigns.
• Collating recruitment packs and managing the recruitment administrative process.
• Working with the talent sourcing team effectively.
• Ensuring company branding is uniform throughout all job posting websites and adverts.
• To work collaboratively with the design team and internal communications.
• Assisting with company social media and ensuring campaigns and targeted marketing are posted correctly and on time.
• Working on employer branding programmes for example, sourcing employee testimonials.
• Having the confidence to collate ideas for networking events.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience in in-house recruitment and marketing.
• Experience in copywriting.
• Ideally experience working with Photoshop.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
