Talent and Marketing Specialist

Permanent

Salary: up to £38,000 per annum

West London and remote (Hybrid working model)

A fantastic new role within my clients Talent team for a Talent and Campaigns Specialist has arisen. My client provides advanced services at the very best value to their clients and are looking for a candidate to maintain and add to this brand.

Reporting into the Head of Talent and working directly with the Marketing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own. This is your chance to have a part in the success of a growing brand and to build a career with a hugely successful company based in the heart of Mayfair.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Marketing teams with employer branding projects that could include assisting with photography, sourcing employee testimonials, organizing employee focus groups.
  • Collaborating with Social Media Manager on planned and ad-hoc social media campaigns, including targeted advertising.
  • Copywriting and editing talent acquisition collateral, including email campaigns, candidate information packs, recruitment communications, and onboarding communications.
  • Organizing scheduled and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns - segmentation, organizing HTML email templates, and copywriting - aimed at ensuring that candidates remain engaged with Vista and informed of recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that recruitment collateral is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Understanding campaign needs from the Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
  • Organizing scheduled and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns - segmentation, organizing HTML email templates, and copywriting - aimed at ensuring that candidates remain engaged with Vista and informed of recruitment campaigns.
  • Managing all paid job advertising and ensuring that all company profiles on third party job websites are consistent with current company brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Group Communications to develop company recruitment copywriting style.
  • Developing ideas for networking and candidate attraction events - live and virtual.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience working in a marketing campaigns role focusing on digital campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills that you have used in a professional context.
  • Experience working with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience using Linkedin Campaign is preferred
  • A positive and proactive person, with a can-do attitude.
