A Midlands based manufacturing business are looking for a Human Resources Director to lead the business in all people related work - developing and implementing strategy, partnering with the Executive team and working closely with the MD to drive forwards.
The business is under-going transformation and this person will play a crucial role in managing this; in terms of cultural change, skills, capabilites, organisational effectiveness and talent.
It is important that we find someone who can comfortably operate at this level, has confidence and gravitas and is able to manage multiple transformation projects from day one. Expertise with pensions is vital, as is exposure to or experience of M&A.
You will have 6 direct reports, encompassing HR Shared Service, Talent, HRBP's and their respective teams.
The role offers hybrid working, and is based in the Midlands. There is limited travel required, and an excellent package on offer.
