This role is permanent and will be working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office in West London.
The successful ER Manager will be an engaging subject matter expert who will provide timely employee relations support to the business that is consistent, compliant, and commercially focused. They will play a key role in the practical application of policy, management coaching, early intervention, and a leadership role in absence management. They will also play an important role in the day-to-day implementation of our Employee Relations strategy and have a focus on colleague engagement.
Our client would like to receive applications from ER specialists with the following qualifications and experience:Ability to work in a fast moving, demanding, high volume operational environmentAdept at handling Industrial Relations with proven experience in leading consultation and change programmes for negotiated and non-negotiated environmentsHigh level of written/oral communications skills, be proactive and able to exercise initiativeAbility to plan workload and meet deadlinesSelf-starter who can work flexibly with high impact and good interpersonal skillsCIPD or business experience
