Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a Reward Advisor to global law firm, remote but able to get across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire for meetings as and when necessary.
This role will support the delivery of Group wide reward initiatives and cyclical processes including the annual pay and bonus cycle, role evaluation, benefits, and recognition. The right person will want to be a great all- rounder in the department. With the support of the Head of Reward, you'll be encouraged to go out of your comfort zone and develop your knowledge in all areas, including project work, presenting reports to the board, and organising recognition events. There is a focus on working with the wider HR function on performance management, integrating systems, and benefit renewals.
This would be a great role for a Rewards Advisor who has been siloed in a much bigger team or is looking to grow.
Day to day duties include:
- Providing advice on reward and recognition to all employees
- Liaising with external providers and leading on the annual benefits review
- Supporting on any adhoc Reward related projects
The salary is up to £42,000 and the client is looking for someone to start ASAP, notice periods are expected.
