Your new role

As a sourcing team leader you will source and attract the best talent in the market on behalf of our customers. Bringing our find and engage methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and passive candidates.

Applying market insight, you will be a talent strategist, focused on recruiting the right candidate, in the right time and the right cost. Increasing direct fill rates, reducing time to hire and maximising fees. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience that positively impacts both the client and Hays Talent Solutions brands.

What you'll need to succeed

You do not need previous recruitment experience as our constantly evolving training programmes will teach you everything you need to know. What you do need is a willingness to collaborate, innovate and work hard. You will ideally have a proven track record of working to targets or have been in a job with a strong people-focused culture.
