Sales Trainer

Working with an exciting and rapidly growing Fintech business, with offices in London and the North - I am delighted to be exclusively engaged to find a Sales Trainer on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who has experience of designing and running training courses for Sales Professionals. Ideally you will have worked in a sales role yourself earlier in your career.

The responsibilities will include designing and creating engaging content for business development professionals, and then leading the delivery of this training for groups aswell as individuals. You need to consider the use of digital learning in the medium term, aswell as attending industry events, and keeping up to date with best practice.

In the longer term there will be an opportunity to build a team around you, as the business develops and grows.

We are looking for someone from a Sales background, who has moved into a Sales Training role. You will be passionate about people and development, and genuinely enjoy the coaching role. Other career paths can be considered, as long as you are a an excellent coach.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with some travel. There is a good benefits package in addition.
