Sports entertainment brand in South Manchester are seeking to recruit a HR Officer on a permanent basis. This will be a stand-alone role supporting roughly 250 employees. Really exciting time to join as they have lots of growth plans and will have the opportunity to work with the wider HR team within the wider group.

Your new job

This stand-alone HR officer role will cover generalist HR activity. It will be an integral part of the organisation and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality HR service. This role will report into the Finance Director however will have support from the Head of HR for the wider group. Responsibilities include but are not limited too management of the HR inbox, recruitment support, employee lifecycle, data reporting, absence management, performance management, payroll administration, employee relations and coaching managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process. Additional tasks will be required to support the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have worked for an SME and have experience in a similar generalist HR role. You must be proactive and have a pragmatic approach, competent working independently to get things done.
