This position will partner with client groups across the business, supporting them in all things HR.

Description
The position of HR Business Partner will involve:
- Being a strategic partner to senior leaders
- Driving employee engagement and retention
- Coaching and challenging senior leaders
- Working with the wider HR team on adhoc HR projects
- Supporting senior leaders in building effective teams through organisational design
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:
- Be an established HR Business Partner
- Ideally come from a large organisation
- Be analytical with plenty of drive
- Thrive in a constantly evolving environment
