Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will be a key member of the recruitment function, driving best practice, working closely with stakeholders and providing and excellent candidate experience.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Promote the internal recruitment function internally
• Embed processes with stakeholders across designated business areas
• Own end to end recruitment processes
• Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Work with the wider HR team to drive business growth and high performance culture
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process
• Source talent using a range of methods
• Maintain the ATS and accurate data
• Coach hiring managers and support on interviewing and assessment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with running end to end recruitment processes
• International exposure is desirable
• Experience supporting on strategic initiatives and projects
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience using a variety of sourcing strategies

This is an initial 12 Month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible, ideally the successful candidate will have a notice period of 1 month or less. For the right candidate there are potential longer opportunities.
