One of the worlds largest Health and Beauty retails that are based in London, however operate on a global scale.
Description
The Reward Process Owner will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of weekly and monthly core processes such as the UK payroll for the UK Group Office population
- Continually maintaining an up-to-date database of pay and bonus information
- Managing regular data exchanges and queries
- Supporting colleague engagement
- Providing data submissions to salary survey providers and downloading market data
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have prior experience working in a similar role
- Like data and not take it at face value, identifying anomalies or trends
- Be comfortable with both routine and varied activities
- Enjoy learning and working with systems
- Have intermediate Excel skills (e.g. vlookups, formulas)
Job Offer
If successful, the Reward Process Owner will be offered:
- A salary of £35,000 - £40,000
