A great chance to join one of the worlds leading Health and Beauty retailers and become a Reward Process Owner based within London. The successful candidate will be to build upon existing skills, whilst also learning and developing new skills that will help them make the most of their career.

One of the worlds largest Health and Beauty retails that are based in London, however operate on a global scale.

Description

The Reward Process Owner will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of weekly and monthly core processes such as the UK payroll for the UK Group Office population
  • Continually maintaining an up-to-date database of pay and bonus information
  • Managing regular data exchanges and queries
  • Supporting colleague engagement
  • Providing data submissions to salary survey providers and downloading market data

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have prior experience working in a similar role
  • Like data and not take it at face value, identifying anomalies or trends
  • Be comfortable with both routine and varied activities
  • Enjoy learning and working with systems
  • Have intermediate Excel skills (e.g. vlookups, formulas)

Job Offer

If successful, the Reward Process Owner will be offered:

  • A salary of £35,000 - £40,000
